Description

  • Thermocouple, also called thermal junction, thermoelectric thermometer, or thermel, a temperature-measuring device consisting of two wires of different metals joined at each end. One junction is placed where the temperature is to be measured, and the other is kept at a constant lower temperature.

Key Features

  • Simple and rugged construction

  • Wide temperature measurement range

  • Fast response and reliable performance

  • Requires no external power source

  • Cost-effective sensing solution

  • Available in multiple types (K, J, T, N, etc.)

Applications

  • Industrial process temperature monitoring

  • Furnaces, kilns, and heat-treatment equipment

  • Power generation and energy systems

  • Automotive engine and exhaust sensing

  • Food and beverage temperature control

  • Aerospace engines, rockets, and spacecraft systems
